STS-123 Mission Crew completed final training at NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) / Endeavour's payload bay door closed.

Last Updated: February 26, 2008

JAXA astronaut Takao Doi and his STS-123 Mission crewmates completed the final session of the STS-123 mission-specific training held at NASA Kennedy Space Center (KSC) from Feb 23 through 25, 2008. This session was their last training before their actual flight to the ISS.

At the launch pad 39A, Space Shuttle Endeavour's launch preparations are ongoing; with Kibo's Experiment Logistics Module-Pressurized Section (ELM-PS) securely stowed inside, the door of Endeavour's payload bay has closed.

The official launch date for the STS-123 Mission will be decided in the course of two-day Flight Readiness Review (FRR) scheduled to be held on February 28 through 29, 2008.
