STS-124 (1J) Mission Launch Date Announced

Following the STS-124 Mission Flight Readiness Review (FRR), flight readiness and healthiness of the Space Shuttle Discovery was confirmed; subsequently, the launch of the STS-124 was approved.
The launch of the Discovery is officially set for May 31 at 5:02 p.m. EDT (6:02 a.m. June 1, 2008 JST).
