"Message in a Bottle" Returns to TKSC (April 28, 2011)

JAXA Education Payload Observation (JAXA EPO) "Message in a Bottle", which was performed during the STS-133 mission's spacewalk, was returned to the ground aboard the return flight of the STS-133. When the bottle arrived at JAXA, it did not contain vacuum of space as it expected. It seemed that the bottle was damaged during shipping.

Dynamism of Auxin Efflux Facilitators, CsPINs, Responsible for Gravity-regulated Growth and Development in Cucumber (CsPINs), which uses the Cell Biology Experiment Facility (CBEF) on board Kibo, began.

JAXA PCG (Third Session) Completed (November 29, 2010)

The third session of the High Quality Protein Crystallization (JAXA PCG), which has performed using the Protein Crystallization Research Facility (PCRF) in Kibo, was successfully completed.
