KOUNOTORI7 has successfully established three-axis attitude at 03:50 a.m., September 23. KOUNOTORI's system self-checks are ongoing in preparation for its first phase adjusting maneuver (Phase Maneuver1: PM1).
KOUNOTORI7 has successfully established communications with the NASA's Tracking and Data Relay Satellite (TDRS) and then initiated communications with the HTV Mission Control Room (HTV MCR) at the Tsukuba Space Center (TKSC).
The H-IIB launch vehicle lifted off at 02:52 a.m., September 23. The H-IIB launch vehicle continues ascent toward orbit carrying KOUNOTORI7.
