HTV2 Mission Vehicle Processing / Launch Preparation

In-Flight Phase

During the HTV2 Mission, the Space Shuttle Discovery (STS-133) will arrive at the International Space Station (ISS).

Before Discovery arrives at the ISS, the HTV2 will have to be relocated to the zenith port of Harmony to make clearance for the robotic operations by the SSRMS (such as removal of the STS-133 mission payloads from the shuttle's cargo bay). The HTV2 will be returned to the nadir port of Harmony after Discovery undocks from the ISS.
