Experiment

Last Updated: Jun. 28, 2011

JAXA has selected 14 experiments as candidate experiments in the period of the first half of the second utilization plan of JEM-PM. (about 1.5 years from the latter half of fiscal year 2010 to fiscal year 2011)

JAXA issued an announce of opportunity (AO) for the candidate experiments in July, 2007. The 14 candidate experiments are selected by the Kibo Utilization Promotion Committee and its sub-committee which are advisory committees of the JAXA president.

The principal investigators will conduct a materialization work of the design of own experiment with JAXA, and start a preparation of experiment after a review by the committee.

The selected candidate experiments are as follows.
