Soy sauce

Soy sauce

"Raw" soy sauce means that the product has not been subjected to heating process. It is characterized by the sharp transparent color and mild taste. The percentage of salt is reduced by 25 % as compared to the ordinary commercialized soy sauce (salt: 17.5 %). The sealed bottle is designed as a "squeeze-and-serve" package. The soy sauce can be served drip by drip. It has both good taste and useability.

Mayonnaise

Mayonnaise

This product is used for seasoning salad since fresh vegetables are transported to the ISS by Russian Progress cargo spacecraft, H-II Transfer Vehicle "KOUNOTORI" (HTV), etc. for several days of consumption. It is also used as seasoning for daily dish. This product is made by the manufacturing method which eliminates the oxygen contained in the vegetable oil to keep the delicious taste lasting for a long time.
