UAE/Japan camera robot educational project on Kibo

Mr. Hazzaa Ali Almansoori, the first astronaut from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), gave an educational lecture on the Japanese Experiment Module (JEM) "Kibo"/ISS on September 30, 2019, using the internal camera drone (Int-Ball). The lecture was on the attitude control for spacecraft. The astronaut gave some demonstrations on "Kibo."

During the lecture, several students from UAE in the control room of JAXA Tsukuba Space Center had the opportunity of answering questions from Mr. Almansoori and questioning him. At the end of the lecture, His Excellency the Ambassador of UAE, Mr. Khaled Omran AlAmeri, gave a message. The proceedings of the entire lecture were distributed in real time through the Internet. A public viewing was organized at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center (MBRSC) in the UAE.
