| The Diffusion process in molten semiconductors experiments have utilized the isothermal nature of the Large Isothermal Furnace. These6 experiments have been run at 955℃, 1000℃ and 1550℃. The LIF team has coordinated exceptionally well with the mission operation team and the member of the flight crew. The LIF facility has performed according to our expectation and we are looking forward to analyzing our samples upon return to earth. |
