KOUNOTORI4 Completes Third Height Adjustment Maneuver

KOUNOTORI4 completed its third Height Adjustment Maneuver (HAM2) at 1:44 p.m.,August 9.

Once KOUNOTORI4 enters the proximity communications zone (23 km from the ISS), KOUNOTORI4 will establish communications with the Proximity Communication System (PROX) on board the ISS. Then, guided by the relative GPS navigation, KOUNOTORI4 will reach 5km behind the ISS, called the Approach Initiation (AI) point, at 2:31 p.m. on the same day.
