KOUNOTORI2 Reaches 10m Below the ISS

KOUNOTORI2 arrived at a point 10m below the ISS at 8:32 p.m., January 27. Ground controllers confirmed that KOUNOTORI2 is positioned within the "Capture Box". KOUNOTORI2's thrusters have been disabled.
